What is it?

  • LeadRM is a cold-lead data preparation and light CRM app (not an email sender).
  • Import any B2B CSV (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper) via Universal CSV Mapper, verify emails with MillionVerifier BYOK, tag campaigns, manage lifecycle phases and interactions.
  • Export clean CSVs for Instantly or Smartlead — LeadRM never sends email. Draft with AI (Gemini BYOK) is copy-only.

What is it for?

  • Prep and clean B2B cold email lists before Instantly or Smartlead outreach.
  • Universal CSV → MillionVerifier verify (Cold phase) → catch-all/invalid filter → campaign-tagged export; track Opportunities and Customers with notes/calls.
  • Not for sending cold email, SMTP, or replacing Instantly / Smartlead / MillionVerifier.

What are the benefits?

  • Cleaner Instantly / Smartlead imports via ok / invalid / catch-all filtering.

How much does it cost?

  • Free — LeadRM itself is free to use.
  • If you run live verification, you pay MillionVerifier directly for BYOK credits (LeadRM does not bill or resell those credits).
  • Optional Draft with AI uses your own Google AI Studio (Gemini) key — LeadRM does not bill for Gemini usage.
  • Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outscraper, Instantly, and Smartlead are separate products you pay those vendors for if you use them.

Acceptance of terms

  • By accessing LeadRM you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

  • LeadRM helps you import B2B CSVs (Apollo / ZoomInfo / Outscraper / any source via Universal CSV Mapper), verify emails with MillionVerifier BYOK, manage campaigns / lifecycle stages / unsubscribes / interactions, optionally draft copy with Gemini BYOK, and export CSVs for Instantly or Smartlead.
  • LeadRM is data prep only — not an email sender, SMTP relay, or Instantly/Smartlead replacement.

Accounts & eligibility

  • You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep credentials secure.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract under laws applicable to the operator.
  • One person or organization per account unless we agree otherwise.

Your data & ownership

  • You own the leads and files you upload.
  • You grant LeadRM a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the product for you.
  • You represent you have rights to process the contact data you import.

BYOK / third-party APIs

  • MillionVerifier, Google AI Studio (Gemini), and any other BYOK integrations are third-party services.
  • You are responsible for API keys, credits, rate limits, and those providers’ terms.
  • LeadRM does not guarantee verification accuracy or third-party uptime.

Acceptable use

  • Use LeadRM only for lawful list preparation and verification workflows.
  • You are solely responsible for outreach compliance (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and similar rules) when you send email from other tools.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, probe, or disrupt LeadRM Cloud or other users’ accounts.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or data you are not authorized to process.

No warranties

  • LeadRM is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that exports, verification results, or imports will be error-free.

Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadRM and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
  • This includes bounce rates, spam complaints, campaign performance, or third-party API charges.
  • Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts you paid to LeadRM for the service in the prior three months (if any), or zero if the product is provided free.

Termination

  • You may stop using LeadRM anytime and delete leads as described on Delete Account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or risk to the service.

Changes to terms

  • We may update these Terms; the effective date will change.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of LeadRM, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

What does LeadRM do under these terms?+

LeadRM provides software for preparing, verifying (via your MillionVerifier key), tagging, and exporting cold lead lists. It does not send email.

Does LeadRM send email?+

No. LeadRM is not an email sender, ESP, or Instantly/Smartlead replacement.

Who owns uploaded leads?+

You retain ownership of lead data you upload. LeadRM stores it in LeadRM Cloud to provide the service under your account.

Who is responsible for MillionVerifier BYOK usage?+

You are responsible for your API keys, credits, MillionVerifier account terms, and verification costs.

Can LeadRM terminate accounts?+

Yes. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms or acceptable use.

Is there a warranty or liability cap?+

The service is provided as-is. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law; LeadRM is not liable for outreach outcomes or third-party API downtime.
